Each phone is prepared, assigned to a user and connected to the services required for the task.

Current pilot

Security and approval

W.O.L.F includes managed phones, private access, named accounts, device records, access removal, recovery and evidence capture.

These working controls do not themselves provide formal approval. Independent assurance, classification, residual-risk acceptance and authority to operate remain decisions for the appropriate Defence authorities.

The next step is a controlled trial to determine whether W.O.L.F is useful, reliable, manageable and supported by sufficient security evidence for a wider pilot decision.
