W.O.L.F gives authorised users selected messaging, file and location services on managed Android phones while allowing the unit to retain control of phone records, user access and the device lifecycle.
Control Centre, Connect, Files and Track are demonstrated in the current pilot. Guardian remains in development and Sustain is planned. Formal assurance and approval remain pending.

Control Centre is the administrator-facing web dashboard. Guardian is the managed component associated with each phone. They work together, but they perform different roles.

CURRENT POSITION Sustain has not yet been developed. Data definitions, permissions, offline behaviour, validation and evidence requirements must be defined and tested against KUR 4 before any deployment decision.
How the capabilities work together
User-facing services operate through the managed phone. Guardian supports phone-side management and lifecycle actions, while Control Centre gives authorised administrators the central management view. Sustain may later add support reporting.

A named user is assigned a prepared and recorded managed Android phone.
